The Sentry-go Quick File Monitor allows you to quickly & easily monitor changes made to both local and remote files. Features include monitoring the total size of files/directories & subdirectories, the size of individual files, whether one or more files do not exist, whether one or more files are updated within a given timeframe, whether one or more files are not updated within a given timeframe, changes to files/directories (newly created, updated, deleted, renamed files), changes to files/directories within a given timeframe. Local file & directory access can also be monitored (inc. who accessed a file or directory when an alert is triggered, which process/application & client accessed the file/directory etc.)

In addition, you can also monitor events written to the local Event Logs & text-based log files.

In response to errors, automatic responses can be taken and/or alerts triggered before end users are affected. Client tools provide easy access to monitored information while the integrated web server provides direct access to monitored information from your web browser without the need for additional software. Built-in links also provide access to answers to detected problems via the Sentry-go Solutions web site, while wizards & 'Show Me' links help you configure and maintain your system.
