The GRSoftware Email Robot is a very useful tool when handling large amounts of emails. This Robot will automatically crawl the contents of the email, including recipients, subjects, attachments, and in so doing provide a valuable screening and time saving application. This software is designed to simplify and speed up an often time consuming project. The interface is a very simple 3 tab design, making it very easy to navigate and very clear where to go to accomplish specific tasks. The operations the robot will perform include saving the e-mail itself, saving the attachments, or even unzip and save the attachments locally. The Email Robot will even delete any emails you tell it to, right from the server, to avoid meeting any storage limits your email server may carry. This application can save loads of time, and at $29 appears to be well worth the investment, in a world where a few extra hours browsing through emails can be very costly.

This windows software lets you handle your email messages in a new way. You can automate handling of your email messages so that messages are filtered according to your settings. GREmailRobot can be installed as a Service so that it can works even if no user is logged on. One simple use is to transfer files using email. If a message has a specified subject, for example, the Email robot software can save any attached file to a specified folder. The attached files can be zipped and Email Robot will be able to unzip the files before saving them. Another usage is to make a backup copy of specified email messages (for example those that contain certain words). Another usage is to forward all messages from a POP3 account to a specified email address. Messages can be removed from the POP3 account or not. Email Robot periodically checks your POP3 email accounts and when it finds the right message it will do the "action" you have selected: save the message, unzip the attached files and save them to a specified folder. Alternatively it could save the attached files, save the message text in a specified folder or forward the message to a specified email address. The only limit is your imagination. The program also has some macros in order to allow you special handling capabilities. You can define as many Jobs as you want and for each you can define a priority and a date after which the Job will be executed, as well as a comment that explains what you are doing for a later review. Of course you can enable or disable a Job so that you can add them all and then enable the one you are interested in. This is a really flexible automation tool you need to have in your selected software toolkit.
