Xpert-Timer is a project timing software which can help you keep accurate track of the time spent for each and every activity by all the members of a team. The networkable project time tracking software includes a stopwatch that automatically stopps your project times and floats on your desktop. No need of entering times manually anymore.

With Xpert-Timer you can assign projects to other users, send them tasks, export reports or print them if desired.The activity report keeps you always updated on the project progress and offers many filter functions. A lot of user access rights are included in the system to make sure a user only sees the projects he's assigned to or the functions he's allowed to use.

The synchronization module allows you to record your project time offline and synchronize is with the company database. This is possible with Android devices or Windows laptops.

You can add reimbursable expenses to your projects and create the invoice to your client directly out of the Xpert-Timer system. The new billing module allows an overview over all quotes, invoices and reminders.
