In order to prevent a potential time difference mix-up, the request callback widget automatically converts customer time to the default system time. Admins can easily keep track of scheduled calls and print out a list of all daily/weekly calls. They can also collect clients' details and add them into their customer database. If necessary, admins can generate CSV and XML files with all callback requests within a specific time period and import iCal into Google Calendar.

The Callback Widget appearance can be easily customized from the admin panel. The responsive layouts are available in 10 color schemes in order to blend with every website?s branding and suit all end-user devices. You can easily translate all titles and system messages of Callback Widget into multiple languages and add a switch bar on the front-end.

Create and edit various Email and SMS notifications which the callback request widget will send out automatically both to customers and administrators upon a new callback request. To enable the SMS functionality, you need to request an API key additionally.

If you want to make changes to the Callback Widget, you need to purchase a Developer License. We can also make custom modifications upon request.
