Able2Extract Professional is a cross-platform PDF Converter tool that converts PDF data into formatted Excel spreadsheets, editable Word documents, Publisher files, PowerPoint presentations, AutoCAD (DWG, DXF), OpenOffice, images (jpeg, bmp, png, tiff), HTML, CSV, and more. Able2Extract Professional is a PDF editor that can modify PDF text and content. This latest version comes with the new ability to annotate PDF documents. Users can choose from a full list of annotations that range from sticky notes, watermarks and highlighting to underlining, strikethroughs, and comments. Users can even selectively and permanently redact PDF data instantly. Able2Extract Professional 11 now allows users to insert bitmap images (jpeg, bmp, png, tiff and gif) onto PDF pages. Even vector shapes can be added. Users get to select from 9 different shapes (squares, circles, stars). An enhanced PDF editor allows for more refined edits to large page content objects. Other PDF page editing abilities include deleting, rotating, and moving PDF pages. Able2Extract Professional's PDF to AutoCAD conversion feature has been updated with the ability to convert multiple PDFs to AutoCAD in batch conversion mode. Able2Extract Professional comes with an improved PDF to Excel conversion engine. Our custom Excel conversion option lets users manually adjust rows and columns and preview the results before conversion. It can also convert any printable format to Excel such as Word, PowerPoint, and OpenOffice. As a PDF creation tool, Able2Extract Professional comes with new enhanced PDF security capabilities to encrypt and decrypt existing PDF documents. The program is a standalone Windows application. Adobe Acrobat is not required. Our software has its own proprietary PDF viewer. Able2Extract Professional 11 is the first desktop converter available on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
