Visitors Management System software provides facility to generate visitor ID cards and gate pass for visitors. Software helps to maintain all incoming and outgoing visitors details to the database. Gate pass generator utility allows users to capture visitor photo to add on ID card using camera setting option. Program also provides option to search any visitor record from database by Name, Company name, Address, Contact number, Email ID etc. Software provides option to save visitors records to view it later and also export visitors records in excel file. Visitor ID card designing program has inbuilt email setting feature to send designed visitor ID card at specified email address.

2. Software provides facility to save designed ID card log for future reference.
3. Gate Pass ID Card Maker utility provides facility to copy card design to the other side of the card.
4. Software has image cropping tool to crop single or multiple images for your visitor ID card.
5. Create Visitor ID card using various image designing tools such as line, text, rectangle, star, signature, barcode etc.
6. Visitor ID card designing program enables you to export designed ID card as image, as PDF and as template.
7. Software provides option to specify color and background settings of ID card including solid color, gradient, image and style settings.
