Efficiency Rate is an enterprise-class employee productivity monitor.

That's why we designed Efficiency Rate, a unique time tracking system, to give you just enough information and minimize the time you have to spend for monitoring.

Efficiency Rate shows you at first glance consolidated reports for company, department and project work, so you can get a quick overview without looking at the details. Still you can get more information by looking at the employees detailed report.
Efficiency Rate does not treat employees equally. Employees are divided by groups called Patterns. A Patterns are the set of the rules we apply to analyse employee statistics. This allows Efficiency Rate not only to track time, but also to calculate how productive an employee was and how much time he/she spent for the benefit of the company.
