Features:
• Export a per-profile PDF medication report: medicines, schedules, adherence summary and intake history
• Search now also covers medicine and intake details and respects the selected profile
• Delete confirmations now show what will be removed along with the item

Fixes:
• Reminders show again on Android 13+ (notification permission was never requested)
• Reminders now use exact alarms: no more firing minutes late, and they survive reboots
• Doses only count as missed once their take window has closed
• App data is now excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer
