15 Minutes 3.0

Where did your day go? 15 Minutes answers with one simple habit: every 15 minutes, a reminder asks what you're doing, and you jot it down in a few words. Reply right from the notification, without even opening the app. At the end of the day, you see exactly how you spent your time, slot by slot.

HOW IT WORKS
• Your day is split into 15-minute slots, from the hour you wake up to the hour you go to bed
• A reminder every 15 minutes, with a choice of sounds
• Reply right from the notification to log your activity in seconds
• Smart suggestions from your task history: one tap and it's logged
• Forgot a few slots? Quick Add fills in a whole day in a minute

FOCUS MODE
• Work in 15-minute sprints with a full-screen countdown ring
• The screen stays awake while you focus
• When the sprint ends, log what you did and the next one starts on its own

DAILY GOALS
• Set your 3 goals for the day each morning
• They stay in sight all day long
• See how yesterday went before you start

SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES
• Day summary with a time breakdown chart
• Smart categories by on-device AI (Apple Intelligence): work, health, learning, social and more
• Productivity score with a short insight about your day
• Completion rate, total time and unique tasks
• Current and longest streaks, best day and records
• Activity by hour of day and by weekday

YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY
• Export your history as CSV, JSON or PDF, by week, month or all time
• iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro
• Day Off mode pauses reminders when you rest
• 8 color themes: Sunrise, Ocean, Forest, Lavender, Midnight, Coral, Mint and Gold

MADE FOR IPHONE, IPAD AND IPHONE DUO
• On iPad and the inner display of iPhone Duo, your timer, goals and day sit side by side
• Fold iPhone Duo like a laptop: the timer on top, your day below
• Clean, simple interface in English, French and Spanish
