Xecrets Ez 2.3.1801

Xecrets Ez is a true zero-knowledge desktop file and text encryption application that uses
strong AES-256 encryption to password protect your files. Encrypted files use the
.axx extension and remain protected wherever they go — cloud storage, email, USB drives
or backups — because the encryption always follows the file. No data or passwords will ever leave your device.

Unlike container-based or folder-based encryption solutions, Xecrets Ez encrypts files
individually so protection is never lost when a file is moved or copied.
It works entirely offline: no internet connection, no servers, no
accounts required.

Features include (some require Premium):

• AES-256 encryption

• Encrypt and decrypt individual files or all files in folders

• Encrypt text messages directly in the application

• Open and edit encrypted files with automatic re-encryption

• YubiKey hardware security key support

• SLIP-39 Shamir's Secret Sharing for password backup

• Available in English, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Español, Português and Svenska

• No internet connection is ever used

• 100% compatible with AxCrypt

• Cross-platform: Linux, Windows and macOS

It is entirely free for encryption and decryption of files, with full security. Premium features require a low-cost subscription with a 10-day free trial. A 3-day
premium trial is also available without a credit card.
