About Woods Lamp Lite

A Wood’s Lamp is an Ultra-Violet (UV) light used to detect fluorescence in the skin or hair . Studies ([link removed](19)30636-X/fulltext) have shown that a smartphone with a bright blue screen can be used as an alternative to the traditional Wood’s Lamp Device. Wood’s Lamp Lite allows you to instantly turn your phone into a bright blue screen. Simply hold your phone screen 6" above the area of skin of interest while in a dark room. With Wood’s Lamp Lite, you can also take photos and videos to record your findings.
