Release Overview
o Opening a skill no longer blanks the window on older macOS, launches and CLI commands stop re-reading every skill's files, and the skill preview hides metadata headers written with Windows line endings.

User-facing
o Opening a skill no longer turns the window black on older macOS -- On WebKit before Safari 16.4 (for example macOS Monterey without the latest Safari), showing a skill's SKILL.md hit a regular-expression feature that engine does not support, and the whole window went blank until the app was quit. Those systems now show the skill as plain Markdown: tables, checklists and strikethrough appear as text (#627, #613).
