Release notes New & Improved
• Characters can now buy equipment. Sheet > Buy Equipment… opens a Buy Equipment pane for the active sheet. Drop equipment into it from any equipment list, even the sheet's own, or select items in a list and choose Sheet > Buy Selected Equipment… or Buy… from the right-click menu. While the pane is open, equipment dragged onto the sheet from elsewhere joins the purchase instead. Each row has a quantity, a price each and a total, and equipment modifiers can be dropped onto an item. The pane names the transaction and takes a percentage of full price, starting from the sheet's Buy Percent. The character pays with carried, non-container equipment tagged "Money" (a tag such as "Money: GURPS Standard Medieval Coins" counts, and the Master Library's coins are already tagged), and the pane says when not enough is carried. Finalize Purchase… picks the fewest coins that cover the cost, lets you change the amounts or leave a kind out, and shows the change due, returned in the sheet's Sell Money coins or, failing that, the kinds paid. Bought items arrive unequipped in Carried Equipment, merged into matching items unless "Merge with matching items" is turned off. The purchase is a single undoable edit.
• Characters can now sell equipment. Select items in Carried Equipment and choose Sheet > Sell Equipment… or Sell… from the right-click menu. The dialog lists each item with the quantity to sell, the full price each and what you get at the chosen percentage, starting from the sheet's Sell Percent. A container is sold with its contents, which the dialog shows. Payment arrives in the sheet's Sell Money coins, using the closest amount not over the total, merged into matching money already carried or otherwise carried equipped. The dialog warns when no sell money is configured or the total can't be paid exactly. The sale is a single undoable edit.
