real-time status updates the moment your team marks something ready.

YOUR FILMS, YOUR PORTAL
Every filmmaker gets a private portal showing the live status of each
deliverable, a 14-day countdown when your film is accepted by TUBI, and
a monthly Avail Sheet reminder so you never miss the submission deadline.

DIRECT COMMUNICATION
Message your delivery team directly through the in-app chat — one thread
per film, no email chains. Get push notifications the moment something
changes on your title.

TUBI DELIVERY, SIMPLIFIED
Once every deliverable is ready, APEX handles the TUBI submission package —
master, captions, posters, metadata, and screen grabs — delivered on the
25th of every month. Watch your film go from intake to live on TUBI without
touching a spreadsheet.
