| 90% | We purchased this product a few years ago iin 2002. This company hasn't updated their product for 18 months or so. The detection of visiting spiders is few, at least from our logs which come from different web sites from four different sources (which should be a good cross-section of the log formats.) They list no voice phone number in their product About page or on their web site in order to speak to a real person about any issues. We have faxed them a couple of time with queries about the lack of spider visit detection and received NO response. We did get a response for two other inquires via email, but the response was to download the latest version and that they were working on correcting the problems.
